The Art and Science of Expert Witnessing

This authoritative guide is designed to achieve a synthesis of understanding and effort between case science and case law. Written for attorneys and experts, The Art and Science of Expert Witnessing allows both sides to see the work from the other’s perspective, to become acutely aware of the special differences with which each, by training and professional necessity, views the world.
