It also provides a fertile breeding ground for unlawful & unethical business practices. Our policies (below) indicate our position regarding ethical issues.

Any information accumulated at Boomer Journals about its customers is for the use of Boomer Journals to provide the best possible service for our customers. We will not share such information with any outside party for any reason without permission.

Acceptable Use Policies
All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, obscene or threatening material or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify us from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Boomer Journals forum is for the entertainment of the participants. Boomer Journals bares no responsibility for the accuracy of any information posted on the forum by any party. Individuals using the forum assume full responsibility for any actions they take based on information found in the forum on any topic.

Boomer Journals administrator reserves then right to remove any post he deems objectionable without recourse. Boomer Journals will not tolerate blatant ads on the forum nor topics or content not deemed appropriate for family viewing. Boomer Journals will not tolerate personal attacks on any individual or knowingly support deliberate attempts to deceive the participants.

It is our hope that all participants will enjoy the forum and use it responsibility.

Pornography, Nudity and sex-related content is prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Additionally, pirated software, hacker programs or archives, Mp3 files and warez sites are prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. We reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. We take pride in having zero tolerance and one of the strictest anti-spam policies.

All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. Any account not brought current within a week of email notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Boomer Journals in writing, of a request for termination of services.

Boomer Journals will not be responsible for any damages customers or their enterprises may suffer. Boomer Journals makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. All services are provided on an as is basis. Boomer Journals disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Boomer Journals reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. Products purchased at Boomer Stores that are produced by Boomer Journals come with a ninety-day money back guarantee. The exception is any product purchased from an outside vendor where Boomer Journals served as an intermediary where Boomer Journals has limited or no control. Dissatisfied customers should make every attempt to keep Boomer Journals apprised of any difficulty being experienced and we will intercede when and if possible. We desire your visit to be a rewarding one and will do our best to make it so within reason. In such situations customers must deal with the vendor directly.

It will be the policy of Boomer Journals to terminate the affiliate relationship with any vendor who fails to properly support their product line in an appropriate manner.

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the acceptable use policies may result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.

Privacy There is no reason to be complex here. Your information is your information as far as we are concerned. We do not and will not share or sell any customer information with any other person or business for any reason. We will give you the privilage of deciding who knows about you. Our newsletters are voluntary and you can be removed from such by just letting us know. We will not knowingly do business with any advertiser who would operate contrary to this policy and would appreciate any and all input from you concerning this or any topic raised or not raised in this policy. I don't know how to say it any more clearly.

Submission Policies
All submissions of articles or written materials remain the property of the author. The author grants Boomer Journals the right to publish the submitted material online and archive such material for the use of its customers. Reprint outside of Boomer Journals will be at the discretion of the author.

All writers submitting articles for posting at Boomer Journals must identify themselves and provide contact information with the submission. No article will be posted without appropriate identification of the author. We at Boomer Journals intend to police this to the best of our ability and are not responsible for the willful attempt to misrepresent any individual person or group.

Boomer Journals will not publish any content deemed not appropriate for a family audience nor any material meant to attack any group or individual or to ridicule any faith or belief. All columns and articles are the sole opinions of the writers and do not necessarily reflect the views of Boomer Journals, its customers, advertisers, or any other individual using Boomer Journals.
